Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workforce Planning Specialist to join our team at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day forecasting and scheduling for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain baseline forecasts for assigned accounts
• Manage and analyze historical data to inform forecasting and planning decisions
• Develop and implement strategies to improve forecasting accuracy and reduce scheduling errors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on forecasting and scheduling performance

Requirements:

• At least 6 months experience in a scheduling or planning role in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with ability to develop and maintain accurate forecasts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with workforce management tools and technology
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with aggressive service level goals
• Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices
