**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Developer to join our team in developing a cutting-edge global learning and development platform. The platform will enable employees to take the next step through smart algorithms, high-quality assessments, and personalized learning advice.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement new applications to support the platform's growth and functionality.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications and software to ensure seamless user experience.
- Contribute to the SCRUM process by participating in refinement, planning, and retrospective sessions to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Test and maintain your own applications, including writing unit tests to ensure high-quality code.
**Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a framework such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Experience in developing API integrations to support the platform's functionality.
- Good communication skills in English, B2 Level.
- Live in Alicante or nearby, with a hybrid work model requiring 2 days of office work and 3 days of remote work.
- Knowledge or experience with ISO and Security standards.
- Knowledge or experience with ElasticSearch is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with OpenID or SAML is a plus.
