Job Description

We are seeking experienced engineers to join our Technology team as Full Stack Developers. In this role, you will be part of the department responsible for developing the Denodo Platform. You will work with cutting-edge technology and have the opportunity to join one of the teams that develop and maintain some of the web tools included in the product.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work with Java technologies for backend development and React, Redux, and related technologies for frontend development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing new features and maintaining existing ones for the Denodo Platform.
  2. Designing and implementing automated tests for both backend and frontend.
  3. Creating and maintaining product documentation.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  1. BS or higher degree in Computer Science.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in software development.
  3. Programming experience with Java SE and Java/Jakarta EE.
  4. Programming experience with React JS, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
  5. Experience with REST Web services.
  6. Knowledge of Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
  7. Knowledge of Design Patterns.
  8. Knowledge of SQL and relational database design.
  9. Good written communication skills in English.
  10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  11. Team worker with a positive attitude.

We value knowledge and/or experience in the following areas:

  1. Development Lifecycle and Version Control (preferably Maven and Git).
  2. Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
