Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop software that meets user requirements and adheres to functional and technical design specifications.
  • Perform quality assurance activities as needed and assist team members.
  • Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for our CRM solutions.
  • Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and anomalies.

Mandatory Skills:

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales in Salesforce.
  • Desirable: experience in developing lightning components.
  • Development technologies (APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, web services).
  • Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, as well as SDLC and coding methodology principles.
  • Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned applications.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and willingness to travel.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory. Additional Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
