Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Ontex. As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading and coaching our production and maintenance teams to deliver manufacturing KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the production and maintenance teams to achieve manufacturing KPIs
  • Coordinate interactions with other departments to deliver manufacturing KPIs
  • Promote a 0 accident culture and continuous improvement culture on site
  • Drive elimination of losses and waste on site
  • Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
  • Lead the manufacturing site through autonomous manufacturing units (AMU)

Requirements

  • Master degree in Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of lean principles
