Job Title: Experienced Consultant Risk Management

What We Expect:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the financial industry in Europe (financial consultancies or banks).
  • Ideal experience in credit risk topics and/or financial regulation and banking business topics.
  • Knowledge of current regulatory requirements relating to the IRB approach within the last 2-3 years.
  • Knowledge of operational tasks in the context of the development, validation, and/or management of credit risk models such as IFRS9 models and regulation.
  • Hands-on experience in model development and/or validation within the last 2-3 years.
  • Knowledge of Model Risk Management.
  • Strong analytical skills and interest in quantitative topics.
  • Ability to work with coding languages (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant MS Office applications and knowledge of their uses in the work environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
  • Ability to work independently and to quickly familiarize with new topics.
  • Ability to understand, independently structure, and derive innovative solutions for complex topics within short timeframes.
  • Fluent in English and in Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports).
  • Knowledge of German is also a plus.
  • Openness to travel, mainly within Europe.
