Papernest è alla ricerca di un Sales Team Leader SMB per guidare il nostro team di vendita e contribuire al nostro successo a lungo termine. Il nostro team è impegnato a gestire i contratti e a fornire servizi innovativi ai nostri clienti.

Responsabilità
  • Gestire un team di inside sales e account manager
  • Creare e mantenere la coesione del team
  • Creare e mantenere routine per il team
  • Colloqui semestrali con i membri del team
  • Partecipazione al processo di assunzione dei futuri membri del team
  • Gestione delle performance
  • Coaching e mentoring per lo sviluppo delle competenze del team
  • Collaborazione con il team di partnership strategiche
Requisiti
  • Disponibilità a partire da giugno
  • Competenze linguistiche: italiano madrelingua - inglese fluente
  • Almeno due anni di esperienza in vendite B2B
  • Precedente esperienza in ruoli di coaching/management
  • Leadership e mantenimento di un atteggiamento positivo
  • Visione strategica, capacità di risolvere problemi e migliorare i processi
