Key Responsibilities

• Ensure apartments are clean and functional
• Manage the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Assist with hiring and managing the housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Create cleaning schedules for the housekeeping team
• Be hands-on during turnover weeks to ensure apartments are ready for families
• Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback on apartment condition, providing quick solutions to any issues
• Identify and build relationships with local housekeeping agencies for peak seasons
• Manage housekeeping processes and ensure service level agreements are met
• Evaluate the quality of work and ensure our standards are consistently met
• Conduct regular apartment checks prior to Cohort arrivals and at least once a month during Cohorts
• Ensure apartments are fully furnished, managing inventory
• Manage product supply for housekeeping and linen, as well as upkeep for the Education center and hub
• Develop and manage laundry processes, submitting a monthly linen stocktake
• Implement and manage the maintenance Preventative Maintenance Program for all apartments, EC, and Hub
• Manage apartment check-in and check-out processes, including checklists
• Prepare welcome packages for check-ins
• Conduct onboarding apartment meetings with families within the first two weeks of arrival
• Manage costs to increase efficiencies and meet our budget

Requirements

• Live in Estepona or nearby to commute daily
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, housekeeping management
• Experience in the hospitality industry with customer interaction
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills
• Great organizational skills to manage the volume of requests received
• Experience in managing teams and third-party services
• Direct experience in housekeeping and maintenance issue resolution
• Creativity to find solutions and new approaches to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
