About the Role:

The Client Success team at Gartner focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention, while also fostering business growth and development. As a Client Success Partner, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive value far exceeding their investment in Gartner services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Develop Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
  2. Client Engagement: Regularly meet and engage with clients virtually to understand their business priorities and recommend a program of action that drives high value, client retention, and client return on investment.
  3. New Client Onboarding: Introduce new clients to their purchased Gartner services and capabilities, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value Gartner delivers to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 0-6 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
  2. Skills: Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
  3. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
  4. Language: Ability to use Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) at a Business or Native level.
