We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our sales and marketing expansion efforts in the CIS market. As a CIS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain annual sales strategies and business plans for the CIS market
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- At least 7 years of sales experience in broadcasting and telecommunications, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of sales analysis, forecasting, and negotiation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Russian and English fluency in business communication
