Job Title: CIS Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to lead our sales and marketing expansion efforts in the CIS market. As a CIS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain annual sales strategies and business plans for the CIS market
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • At least 7 years of sales experience in broadcasting and telecommunications, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong knowledge of sales analysis, forecasting, and negotiation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Russian and English fluency in business communication
