Are you ready to take your career to the next level? As a Cloud Solutions Expert at Webhelp Spain, you will be part of a dynamic team that powers the brands of the future in tech. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Securing new customer wins by maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Providing technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer needs and usage scenarios
  • Increasing technical acumen by delivering innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud
  • Auditing and confirming implementation requirements and pricing calculations as required
  • Demonstrating aspects of the technical and business solution to customers over Teams

As a Cloud Solutions Expert, you will be the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team with potential customers. You will also conduct group and one-on-one trainings across the Center on subjects of expertise. To succeed in this role, you will need to constantly research and educate yourself with the newest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing for both Microsoft and competitor.

We are looking for a talented individual who is native or proficient in Danish plus fluent in English, with a Bachelor's degree and 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience. You will also need to have a broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions.

In return, we offer a competitive salary between €32,000 and €40,000 gross/year, relocation support, full paid training for the company and the products you will be working on, and a modern centrally placed office in Benalmadena, right next to the beach area.
