We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our Implementation team in Barcelona or Belgrade. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, utilizing technical expertise to provide estimates for data migration, handle configuration requests, and ensure smooth implementation of our IPMS systems.



About the Role


This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing estimates for data migration and updates
  • Supporting the implementation team with data migrations and updates
  • Handling configuration requests and providing quick and efficient solutions
  • Understanding development and production environments, as well as technical architectures
  • Anticipating problems and providing solutions
  • Taking ownership of software defect tracking
  • Transferring knowledge of business processes and suggesting improvements
  • Providing timely and accurate reports on project status
  • FOLLOWING A THOROUGH QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCESS THROUGH THE VARIOUS PHASES OF TESTING – INCLUDING SYSTEM TESTING. DEVELOP SYSTEM TEST PLANS, USER ACCEPTANCE TEST CRITERIA WITH THE CUSTOMER.


About You


To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • 7+ years' experience in Microsoft SQL
  • Good communication skills in English (spoken & written)
  • A strong focus on quality and service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail required
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • An IT-related degree or related experience
  • Experience with software implementation or software consulting or working closely with implementation teams


Benefits and Salary


We offer a competitive salary, ranging between €55,000 to 65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also have opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.



Location


The role is based out of our Barcelona or Belgrade offices, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes 2-3 days per week in the office.
