**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Marketing Manager to join our team at Puig. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our luxury cosmetics brand, ensuring growth and success through a brand construction strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market insights and analyze brand performance in key markets.
- Provide feedback and challenge the brand and markets to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
- Manage the worldwide brand animation and ensure global coherency for all elements of a 360 strategy.
- Communicate and coordinate with markets to share relevant brand information and ensure alignment with marketing plans.
- Produce launch brand feedback reports and cross-region fertilization amongst key markets and regions.
- Forecast analysis and join SO&P meetings to address any issues with markets.
**Requirements**
- 4 years of experience in a similar position as Operational Marketing Manager, ideally acquired in the perfumes industry, luxury or cosmetics universe.
- Previous makeup experience is a must.
- Master Degree, major in Marketing, ideally in Luxury Management.
- Spanish and English language proficiency.
