About the Role

This position requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as technical knowledge to follow installation guides and processes. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Validate schedules with technicians and confirm their check-in upon arrival.
  • Ensure all inventory checks are completed and hardware is onsite before installations begin.
  • Provide remote guidance and technical support to onsite technicians during installations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in IT hardware deployment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Able to follow installation guides and processes, and perform remote IT support, including server configurations.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
