Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Specialist to join our Global Accounting Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of banking and accounting activities to support the company's financial operations. This includes accurately recording transactions, reconciling bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and journal entries.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in accounting and financial procedures.
- Participate in implementing efficiency-enhancing initiatives and ad hoc harmonization projects.
- Provide detailed support to internal customers on ad hoc treasury queries.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the shared service center to ensure accurate and timely financial information exchange.
