About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Asset Management Expert to join our team at BASE life science. As a Configuration Specialist, you will be responsible for furthering our clients' digital asset management capabilities through Customer Engagement.

You will work closely with clients to distil business requirements into solution architecture and system design, translating customer needs into implementation plans. Your expertise in Vault Promo Mats Administration will enable you to configure lifecycles and workflows, objects and document administration, user permissions and security, and reporting. Additionally, you will have experience integrating multichannel content with Veeva CRM and third-party technology solutions.

As a subject matter expert for Veeva Vault Promo Mats, you will advise and guide customers on digital asset management principles, ensuring available Vault functionality is implemented appropriately. You will estimate and engineer reliable solution implementation projects, collaborating with project managers to deliver designed solutions within a hybrid team of internal resources, client teams, and vendors/service providers. You will also act as a reference point for solution design throughout the implementation project, monitoring risks and resolving challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure Vault Promo Mats to meet client requirements
  • Develop solution architecture and system design based on client needs
  • Translate customer requirements into implementation plans
  • Integrate multichannel content with Veeva CRM and third-party solutions
  • Act as a reference point for solution design during implementation
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Veeva Vault Certified
  • Deep hands-on understanding of Vault Promo Mats configuration
  • Ability to define standards and best practices
  • Experience in managing UAT and delivering end-user training
  • Robust understanding of IT architecture concepts
  • Ability to participate in and lead design workshops with clients

We offer a competitive salary, around €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. Our office setup includes a laptop and other electronic devices, and we encourage remote work.
