Job Title: Senior Electronics Engineer

SATLANTIS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of High Speed subsystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design of electronics systems, including requirements analysis, component selection, and high-speed electronic design.
  • Production of fabrication and assembly drawings files, considering mechanics and thermal considerations.
  • Specific knowledge required: SoC/FPGA related schematic/PCB design, communication buses/protocols design, and test/laboratory knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab equipment, and create technical documentation and test reporting.
  • Design and creation of test setups.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep passion for technology and hardware development.
  • Experience in electronics design with ECAD software (Altium Designer is preferred).
  • Problem-solving approach, team spirit, versatility, and creativity.
  • English negotiation level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Altium Designer.
  • Experience using control version repositories (Git).
  • Experience implementing software for testing hardware setups.
  • Basic knowledge for the design of electronics for Space applications.
  • Experience with VHDL/Verilog configuration languages.
  • 5 years of experience in High Speed electronics design.
  • Experience designing PCBs of 6 layers or more.
  • Experience in using laboratory instrumentation (Oscilloscopes, Logic analyzers, Multimeters, Power supplies, soldering stations).
