About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team at Proton Ag. As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with social media influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scout and contact influencers for potential campaigns and to enlarge our database
  • Monitor, track, and optimize the performance of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports for internal teams
  • Use data to inform future influencer selection and campaign strategies
  • Ensure campaign details, agreements, and communications are accurately documented and organized
  • Maintain regular communication with influencers and agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budget forecasting
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels
  • Manage small influencer campaigns to ensure key deliverables are completed correctly
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
  • Ability to convey complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (Upfluence, AspireIQ, etc)
  • Excellent skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and budget tracking
  • Experience using project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc) for proper campaign tracking
