En Ferrovial Digital Infra, nos especializamos en el desarrollo de activos de centros de datos, desde la búsqueda y adquisición de tierras hasta el diseño, construcción y mantenimiento, buscando siempre soluciones eficientes y sostenibles.

Misión:
Desarrollar modelos de valoración y realizar análisis de inversión, que resulten clave en el proceso de toma de decisiones de la empresa. Trabajar en oportunidades de inversión para centros de datos.
Responsabilidades:
Realizar el análisis económico y financiero de proyectos de inversión y desinversión, en colaboración con desarrollo de negocio, financiamiento, tributación, asesores externos y socios.
Crear, desarrollar y trabajar con modelos financieros que guíen las decisiones en procesos de adquisición, licitación y financiamiento.Realizar análisis de sensibilidad, así como desarrollar diferentes casos para probar la robustez de estructuras financieras bajo múltiples escenarios y reportar los resultados a la gerencia senior, socios de inversión y otras partes relevantes.Preparar estudios específicos "ad hoc" relevantes para la toma de decisiones de la gerencia senior
