We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer to join our team. A passionate, high-performing, and talented individual who is ready to engage hands-on, with meticulous attention to detail, to ensure the seamless integration and operational efficiency of information technology and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Craft and execute a technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals, focusing on enhancing ERP and e-commerce systems to improve efficiency in furniture production and sales.
- Identify and implement technologies that streamline operations and provide strategic benefits. Oversee the enhancement and integration of ERP and e-commerce platforms to meet the demands of furniture production and digital commerce.
- Manage the procurement of technology equipment and software, ensuring choices support operational requirements and budget limits.
- Manage the company's technological infrastructure, including networks, computer systems, and cloud services, to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Regularly evaluate technological trends and innovations to determine their utility in enhancing operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
- Foster strong cooperation and strategic alignment across the Information System, e-commerce, and Data, ensuring all technological initiatives support the company's business goals.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong strategic and business mindset, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Proven experience leading technology operations in industries reliant on ERP and e-commerce systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and how other enterprises employ them.
