The Vitrolife Group is a leading global organization in healthcare and genetic services. We are seeking an experienced QA Specialist to join our team.

Salary:$125,000 - $155,000 per year

Location:Vitrolife Group Office

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Specialist to improve the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our bioinformatics software. As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective testing strategies.

You will execute manual and automated tests to validate software quality, as well as conduct load testing to assess software performance under various conditions.

You will perform functional, regression, and performance testing, ensuring our software meets both technical and business requirements. You will identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using issue-tracking tools.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive QA strategy, focusing on both manual and automated testing to ensure thorough coverage across our applications.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, testers, project managers, and others to integrate all phases of the product lifecycle.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies using issue-tracking tools, ensuring clear communication with developers and product managers.
  • Participate in identifying requirements and design specifications to ensure products meet quality standards.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in QA engineering, with extensive experience in test automation.
  • Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive test plans, including both manual and automated test cases.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, version control systems like Git, and test platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in test environments.
