Clinical Leadership Opportunity
As a seasoned professional, you have the chance to shape the future of perioperative services at a forward-thinking organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the perioperative services portfolio, encompassing Operating Rooms and Cystoscopy, Post Anaesthetic Recovery Unit, Pre-operative Care Unit, and Surgical Day Care.
About the Role:
- Foster high-quality patient care that meets regulatory standards while aligning with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with the Chief / Physician Director to establish the strategic direction of the program and integrate best practices.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
- Registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
- Membership with the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO).
- Clinical experience in acute services.
- At least five years management experience working with a medical dyad partner.
- Experience in business planning, resource management, program planning, development, evaluation, and managing patient care services.
