Job Title: Data Center Site Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Center Site Operations Manager to join our team at Microsoft Games. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our data centers, delivering high-quality services to our customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our data centers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and facilities, to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the continuity of our operations and the safety of our employees and customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data center operations, with a strong background in critical environment infrastructure and physical IT infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing large-scale and complex projects/programs.
  • Experience with budget management, with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
  • Hold relevant certifications, such as ASICS/Inventory Control, CompTIA, Microsoft, Network Certifications, CCNA Certifications, ITIL v3 Foundation, Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) Certifications, Leadership Development Certifications, PMP.
