Objetivos del Puesto

Se busca un/a Sales Associate para trabajar en nuestra boutique de lujo en La Roca Village. El/la candidato/a ideal será capaz de maximizar la venta de nuestros productos y alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.

Entre las responsabilidades del puesto se incluyen:

  • Alcanzar los objetivos de ventas marcados.
  • Gestionar la venta de los productos.
  • Aconsejar al cliente y garantizar su satisfacción.
  • Desarrollo de iniciativas de venta.
  • Asegurar las relaciones con los clientes (acuerdos, servicio) según las normas de la Marca.
  • Mantener permanentemente en aplicación las normas de presentación de la Marca.
  • Funcionamiento de la Boutique.
  • Gestión de producto.
  • Gestión de la información.

Requisitos del Puesto:

  • Experiencia en ventas.
  • Conocimientos específicos del producto y de la Marca.
  • Experiencia profesional en ventas (retail, campo de lujo).

Responsabilidades Adicionales:

  • Participar en los inventarios.
  • Prevenir posibles pérdidas.
  • Chequeo de recepción de mercancía.
  • Preparación de envío de mercancía.
  • Transfer informático de mercancía.
