Aerospace Production Engineer for Efficient Conversion Operations

We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our team in Getafe, Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting production activities related to MRTT conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate multifunctional teams to achieve delivery goals without pending works.
  • Ensure Health and Safety, FOD, and House Keeping standards are accomplished in the area.
  • Achieve quality levels required while reducing non-quality costs.
  • Follow schedules and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and lead times.
  • Organize tasks to maximize efficiency and accomplish conversion tasks within established budgets.
  • Manage shop floor incidents and control their flow.
  • Contribute to Production excellence by managing and leading Production tools.
  • Improve staff expertise by increasing capabilities and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge of SIPLA, Digital Bar Chart, SNT, DEMAT, CATIA, and planning systems.
  • Experience in Project and Team Management, people management, and conflict resolution is desirable.
