About the Role
As a Customer Service Director at Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a CQC Outstanding company and support our Registered Managers in delivering exceptional care to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary care services
• Ensure an exceptional experience for our customers and their family members and advocates
• Support our Care Assistants in delivering high-quality care
• Identify solutions and life-enhancing opportunities for our customers
• Work closely with our Registered Managers to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management
Requirements
• Innately kind, caring, compassionate, and empathetic
• Qualified in health and social care and in possession of or willing to work towards a relevant management qualification
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to support customers with every aspect of their daily lives in a manner that respects their dignity and promotes independence, choice, and privacy
• Reliable and an excellent timekeeper with good recording, reporting, and administrative skills and computer literacy
What We Offer
• A salary ranging from £26,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
• An additional £125 per on-call weekend
