Main Responsibilities:
As a Marine Diesel Mechanic at Ptw - Shipyard, you will be responsible for performing repair and maintenance works on the engine room equipment and auxiliary systems of yachts, meeting or beating budget and schedule. Your tasks will include executing work on engines and generators, conducting inspections, maintenance, repairs, fault diagnosis and repairs, and installing, maintaining, fault diagnosing and repairing various types of mechanical equipment on yachts and superyachts.

Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong focus on results, quality, safety, and efficiency. Ability to work with the team and independently, including supervision and dealing with outside subcontractors. Ability to follow up and report on an activity. Flexible to change jobs and varying job assignments, often daily. Training and constant learning is required to support the business.

Requirements:
Vocational training in Mechanics. Minimum 5 years of proven experience performing similar tasks. Strong knowledge of the marine industry, preferably in the superyacht arena. Familiarity with ERP business management software, Office package and Autocad. Spanish language proficiency. English language proficiency is a plus but not essential.
