Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Google Ads Consultant, der sich für die Welt des Online-Marketings begeistert und Lust hat, in einer dynamischen Umgebung zu arbeiten. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams in Barcelona wirst du die digitale Präsenz unserer Kunden aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz auf das nächste Level heben.
Deine Aufgaben- Proaktive Kundenkontakt per Telefon und E-Mail, um ihnen den Mehrwert von Online-Marketing für ihr Business anschaulich zu vermitteln.
- Identifizierung vielversprechender Unternehmen aus deinem Portfolio in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.
- Erkennung von Optimierungspotenzialen und gezielte Verbesserung der Marketingpakete deiner Kunden.
- Analyse der Kundenportfolios, um individuelle und maßgeschneiderte Empfehlungen für Werbeanzeigen anzubieten.
- Nahme von regelmäßigem Kundenfeedback, um unsere Werbelösungen und Produkte kontinuierlich zu optimieren.
- Erste Berufserfahrungen (mindestens ein Jahr) im Vertrieb gesammelt oder alternativ einen Studienabschluss aus dem Bereich.
- Muttersprachlich Deutsch sprechen.
- Fortgeschritten Englisch verstehen und sprechen (B2), um einem englischen Training folgen zu können.
- Leidenschaft für die Themen Vertrieb und Online-Marketing mitbringen.
- Motivation, in Barcelona zu leben und arbeiten.
- Teamfähigkeit und Lösungsorientierung.
- Firmenwohnung in den ersten Wochen, inklusive Zugang zu Gym, Swimming Pool und Cafeteria.
- Mietzuschuss vom Arbeitgeber nach deinem Umzug in eine eigene Wohnung.
- Wettbewerbsfähiger Verdienst zwischen 25.000 und 30.000 EUR pro Jahr.
- Top Arbeitszeiten in einer Vollzeitposition (39 Wochenstunden).
