About the Role
We are seeking an experienced API Architect to join our Digital Team. As an API Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing APIs that meet the needs of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs that meet business requirements
- Collaborate with Solution Design Architects, project teams, security architects, and functional experts to refine API demand
- Execute API Definitions for approved API proposals
- Guarantee that API Definitions comply with Global API Normative
- Carry out the identification, specification, and realization of APIs based on functional and technical requirements
- Define all test cases susceptible to be virtualized and tested
- Produce corresponding documentation to publish on the API Marketplace
- Elaborate Data Set for Test Cases
- Translate functional requirements into several APIs
Requirements
- MANDATORY SKILLS
- Experience in API Architecture
- Expertise in REST fundamentals and API design best practices with Open API (ideally Open API Specification 3.0 standards)
- Strong knowledge of API Standards & Patterns
- English: B2 or higher
- NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Solution Design
