We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Global Supply Chain team. As an Associate Director, you'll be responsible for defining and maintaining global warehouse processes, driving improvements, and governing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and document global business processes for warehouse operations
- Develop a strategic vision for warehouse process development and improvement
- Make recommendations for warehouse process development and improvement on behalf of stakeholders
- Align processes, organizational roles, and technology to drive business results
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree in Materials Management, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 years of manufacturing and/or supply chain experience with understanding of material flows, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Materials Movement business process knowledge
- Knowledge of systems required to store, manage, and control materials through the manufacturing process
Additional Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good problem-solving and influencing skills
- Ability to analyze project needs and balance competing interests
