About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
- Handle customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, and log call details for follow-up.
- Perform outbound contacts to resolve customer issues and update information on our call tracking system.
- Represent our clients' brands, including Salomon, Wilson, and Arc'teryx, with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Proficiency in Norwegian and advanced English language skills.
