Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Welding Production Supervisor to join our team at Valeo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Management
- Oversee daily production activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Monitor and control production costs, inventory levels, and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
- Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with quality standards

Requirements
