Your Role:
As our Product Design Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a talented team of product designers, shaping the overall experience of Doctors, Secretaries, and Clinics, and creating amazing solutions that cross multiple products and features. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers to turn broad ideas into useful and valuable products for our users.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead a talented team of product designers to deliver high-quality projects and foster a culture of design excellence within Docplanner.
- Advocate for user-centric design solutions and processes, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our users.
- Oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Docplanner's products, identifying design opportunities and connecting user insights, data, and business goals.
- Cultivate a healthy design process for the team, proactively soliciting and providing feedback to continually raise the bar for quality.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing great design execution, problem-solving capabilities, and design leadership.
- Proven experience leading direct reports under your guidance and leadership.
What We Offer:
- A salary between €60,000 and €80,000, depending on your experience and skills.
