Your Opportunity

Moniepoint Inc is seeking a skilled Growth Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing and growth team, you will work closely with product managers, business, development, and data engineering teams to drive business growth and inform product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven strategies to drive growth.
  • Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of marketing and product initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data visualization tools and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Own the end-to-end analytics process for marketing and growth product, from data requirement gathering to post-launch impact analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to provide strategic support and insights.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-4 years of professional experience in a quantitative analysis role, preferably in top companies or industries.
  • Excellent SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and analyzing experiments in digital products.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience with statistical programming languages like Python and popular tools like Pandas and SciPy.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
