Job Title: Release Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Release Coordinator to join our Mobile Private Network team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and embedding a robust lifecycle and release management capability within our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Own the Release Management lifecycle including strategy, tooling, planning, coordination, and management of product and maintenance releases.
  2. Optimise the release management approach embedding appropriate practices to ensure smooth compliance while optimising the process through use of KPIs and Analytics.
  3. Act as the Customer Champion always considering the migration plan and customer impact.
  4. Drive communications around each release covering requirements, release preparation documents, QA plans, schedule, scope changes, and resulting release notes.
  5. Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, ensuring the scope scheduled and quality of the release is not affected.
