Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Airbus Global Graduate Programme as an Airpower Project Management Office Graduate. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in project management, while working on exciting and challenging projects within the Airpower business unit.

As an Airpower Project Management Office Graduate, you will be part of a two-year development programme that will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful project manager. You will work closely with experienced project managers and professionals to develop your skills in areas such as project planning, risk management, and team leadership.

During your time on the programme, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including rotational placements in TAXD Digital Implementation and TAXS Services PMO. These placements will provide you with hands-on experience and the opportunity to develop your skills in a real-world setting.

As a member of the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will also have access to a comprehensive training and development programme, which will provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in your role. You will also have the opportunity to network with other graduates and professionals within the company, and to participate in a range of social and cultural activities.

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented individual who is passionate about project management and the aerospace industry. You should have a strong academic background, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with experienced project managers and professionals to develop your skills in project management
  • Participate in rotational placements in TAXD Digital Implementation and TAXS Services PMO
  • Develop your skills in areas such as project planning, risk management, and team leadership
  • Work on a variety of projects, including digital transformation projects
  • Network with other graduates and professionals within the company

Requirements:

  • Education to a degree level or equivalent in economics, IT, engineering, or aerospace
  • First professional experience or interest in the field of digitalisation and/or aerospace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced industry
