Talent Connect is seeking a highly skilled Senior Observability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Observability platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing requests for internal and vendor-based Observability platforms
  • Administering and maintaining Grafana LGTM stack
  • Collaborating with technical teams to meet SLAs and provide quality services

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in large teams, as well as a solid understanding of Datadog, NewRelic, Grafana LGTM stack, billing, and usage calculation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience, location, and other factors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • ITIL process
  • Observability Tools
  • AWS Cloud

In addition to the above qualifications, we also require knowledge of:

  • Version control (Git, Github, Gitlab) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Infrastructure as a Code for automation
  • Strong experience in large teams
  • Strong understanding of Grafana (Logs, traces and metrics), Tempo Mmimir (prometheus), Loki
  • Reduction strategy for signal ingestion, Reduction strategy for billing (store and ingest)
  • General AWS concepts and standard services
  • IAM, Tagging, Load balancers, S3, Lambda, EKS (Kubernetes), ECS
  • IaC tools Terraform, Cloud Formation, Saltstack
  • Programming languages Python, Go
