We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

**Job Description**

Consistently Deliver Exceptional Guest Service

As a bartender at Accorhotel, you will be responsible for consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests. This includes exceeding guest expectations, providing extensive knowledge of food, liquor, beer, wine, and cocktails, and preparing basic beverages for guest service.

Maintain Accountability and Proactivity

You will also be responsible for maintaining accountability, both personal and financial, controlling bar costs, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar prep area and bar.

Skill Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, and be highly responsible and reliable.

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience is required, preferably in an upscale setting. Previous bartender experience is also necessary. We prefer candidates with previous point of sale system experience and successful completion of server position training programs.
