Software Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will help us ensure the quality of the user experience that we deliver to our customers, participating actively in testing and influencing every phase of the software development process.

We deploy several times a day and take pride in our ability to move quickly and maintain a high bar for quality.

Day In The Life

You will be a key player of a development team, responsible for monitoring every phase of the software development process, defining the right processes and tools during the requirements definition, technical design, development, and release.

You will define and maintain the test cases that every feature should pass and support the engineers by performing manual tests of different types: exploratory testing, scenario-based, strategy-based, etc.

Additionally, you will have the possibility of contributing to the different test-automation layers, from end-to-end testing for the mobile app to inner layers of integration and unit testing for our different services.

Who You Are

Experience working as a tester with software engineering teams following agile methodologies.

Interested in contributing to the process definition and project management.

Familiar with QA testing techniques:

definition of test cases, exploratory testing, security, etc.

Past experience with mobile testing techniques, iOS, Android, and web platforms.

Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

You are a lifelong learner and passionate about learning new things and taking on new challenges.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously with minimal direction.
