HR Systems Implementation Specialist

This position requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in designing and implementing HRIS solutions. As an HR Systems Implementation Specialist, you will lead the configuration of Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules, ensuring seamless integration with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Solution Design and Configuration
    • Lead the design and configuration of scalable Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions.
    • Independently deliver advanced Workday Business Processes and Functional configuration to meet business requirements.
  • Reporting and Data Management
    • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of related reports/dashboards and data management strategy.
  • Collaboration and Liaison
    • Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure cross-functional alignment of HR Technology solutions.
    • Work closely with HR counterparts and HR Technology team members to understand requirements, conduct complex analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday HCM solutions across functional areas.

You will also participate in bi-yearly Workday release cycle activities, drive initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and provide specialized inputs for relevant EIB data uploads.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree and 4+ years of prior experience with HRIS systems – Workday.
  • 2+ years of experience in deploying Absence and Time Tracking modules in Workday.
  • Fluent English, with additional languages being an asset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Strict attention to detail, ability to manage complex projects, and influence change.
