About the Role: Sek International Schools is seeking an experienced educator to join our team as a Male Residence Educator. This position plays a vital role in the holistic development of our students, focusing on their academic growth, cultural enrichment, and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to students, monitoring their progress and offering constructive feedback to help them overcome challenges.
  • Academic Support: Assist students with their studies, resolving doubts and providing curricular and extracurricular activities that foster their intellectual and creative development.
  • Accompaniment and Guardianship: Ensure the safety and well-being of students during night shifts, maintaining order and overseeing the operation of the residence.
  • Administration: Manage student residence funds, distribute allowances, and coordinate laundry services, ensuring the smooth operation of the residence.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow residents and school faculty members to achieve common goals and promote a positive learning environment.
