Design and Implement AI-Driven Solutions
At Roche, we believe that innovation is key to creating a healthier future. We are looking for a highly skilled Data Architect - AI Search Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for our Content Search & Knowledge Management product.
The Opportunity
Design end-to-end search architectures, considering scalability, security, relevance, and performance.
Implement AI-driven solutions in Knowledge Management, Information Retrieval, and Search Engines using AWS cloud services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive process design documentation, including flowcharts and diagrams, to effectively communicate the AI and Cloud architecture.
Apply NLP and GenAI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enable efficient and accurate information retrieval from unstructured data sources.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI and Cloud technologies to enhance knowledge management processes.
Assess and design the integration of the platform with multiple systems.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of solutions through proper testing and optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7-10 years of professional IT experience, with proven experience as Solution Architect in AI and AWS based projects.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, particularly in building scalable and secure architectures.
Good understanding of system integration.
