Travelport is a leading travel retail platform providing personalized content for businesses and agencies.

We're looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

The successful candidate will have experience working in technology and/or the travel industry, with a strong understanding of GDS functionality and industry-related work experience.

The role involves supporting Enterprise/Regional account teams, ensuring customers understand Travelport's value proposition, and implementing its technology, products, and services.

You'll work closely with key stakeholders, including CTO/CPOs, to develop strategic customer engagement plans, workshops, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical awareness, presentation skills, and ability to articulate complex ideas simply.

As a member of our broader account team, you'll be accountable for all activities within your job scope, focusing on existing business maintenance and growth.

The Technical Account Manager will visit customers regularly, engaging them proactively on Travelport's offering and ensuring they understand the functionality and value of the product to achieve their goals.
