Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the review of financing agreements and ensure client responsibilities are managed effectively.
- Participate in the closing of complex transactions and administration of bookkeeping.
- Set interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period.
- Calculate settlements and amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders in accordance with agreements.
- Manage Loan Administration for different jurisdictions and coordinate communications with borrowers and lenders.
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency Department.
- Execute instructions to make payments according to financing agreements.
- Support and train junior members of the Team and cooperate with the IT team in developing in-house software.
- Monitor and control compliance by borrowers of all obligations and compulsory actions set forth in financing agreements.
Skills Required
- At least 8 years of experience in the banking/financial/legal advisory sector.
- Excellent work attitude, quick learner, and proficient team player.
- Experience in Syndicated Loans Administration, ideally in agency management and review of financing contracts.
- Knowledge of LMA contracts, calculations of loan settlements, and management of participations.
- High English level is a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Ability to take initiative and have a strong work ethic.
