Job Title: Senior Director, Client Partner Oncology

Job Summary:

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director, Client Partner Oncology to lead the strategic direction of our Oncology AI Solution Platform. This role will be responsible for managing the transition of projects from the client partner team to the creation center teams and driving the value realization strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of business proposals and product/project presentations for clients.
  • Develop and implement supporting technological strategy in a broad range of application areas.
  • Understand market-driven external technical capabilities and gather competitive assessments.
  • Accountable for the overall success and lifecycle of the product by leading product teams through definition, design, user story/requirement creation, documentation, launch, go-to-market activities, management updates, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead a supporting team of business analysts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 15+ years' experience.
  • Significant prior experience developing and delivering digital, data analytics, and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated program management and organizational leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated strong financial business acumen, including business case development, Return on Investment, and benefit analysis post-project completion.
  • Strategic thinker both from a business and technology perspective.
  • Demonstrates innovation and risk-taking with budgeting and financial acumen.
  • Strong people management experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Business process improvement and investment value realization leadership experience.
  • Experience managing business analysts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree (technical or MBA).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML with implementation experience.
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience and deep business acumen in R&D.
