Job Title: Senior Full Stack Lead Developer

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our digital solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Your Role:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Lead the architecture and design of scalable, robust solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap.
  • Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies, as well as database systems and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and technologies, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a focus on designing and implementing complex software systems.
