About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute your skills and experience as a Junior Print Designer to a dynamic team at Craft Madrid. Our ideal candidate will be highly proficient in English and possess a strong understanding of print production processes, brand guidelines, and efficient workflow management.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Print Designer at Craft Madrid, your primary duties will include creating new drafts and proposals for client approval, designing and producing artwork according to given briefs, and ensuring that all work meets final production specifications while adhering to brand guidelines. You will also collaborate effectively with the team to share the brand's needs between the agency and the client.
Daily Tasks
Your daily tasks will involve creating compositions, designs, drafts, and artworks, performing retouching and auto QA functions, and demonstrating flexibility and collaboration for different clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need +3 years of work experience managing and executing a variety of print projects in an agency or in-house setting. You will also need to be solution-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working independently, with the ability to exercise good judgment in tight deadlines.
Software and Tools
Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, and Photoshop is essential for this role. Additionally, you will need technical knowledge of photography and print production, as well as knowledge in automation, AI, and new techniques that add value to productivity and quality.
