Associate Director, Operations

The Associate Director, Operations will lead and coordinate programs in the area of Special Projects from the definition phase to its final delivery. This role is responsible for delivering IE Executive Education programs to corporate partners, requiring strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Create program proposals for clients, following their requests and gathering input from professors and other academic areas. Proposals include understanding client needs, content definition, program structure, timings, and price estimations.
- Client Management: Coordinate with clients to define and deliver programs, maintaining continuous communication throughout the program.
- Program Planning: Lead program planning and preparation, supported by the team, academic director, and professors, ensuring full coordination with all stakeholders.
- Administrative Tasks: Coordinate and support the team with administrative tasks, including program setup, operational preparation, and logistics.
- Program Delivery: Ensure program delivery, with all materials available and properly communicated to participants and professors. Be aware of any changes occurring throughout the program and make decisions to adjust as necessary.
- Process Improvement: Lead projects to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency in the preparation and delivery phase, and perceived value of participants. This includes allocating resources, templates, dashboards, knowledge sharing, SharePoint maintenance, and technology enhancement.
- Marketing Support: Assist with planning, editing, and reviewing marketing materials, such as brochures, if required.
This role requires a Master's degree from a top University, fluency in Spanish (native level) and English, and outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability, and a positive customer-oriented style. Experience in Management Consulting is highly valued, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and resources effectively and efficiently is essential.
