Program Lead for Chronic Care Workflows

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Lead to join our team and lead the development of chronic care workflows. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration across core product teams, cross-functional teams, regions, affiliates, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business results and customer value by addressing functional needs and operational issues.
  • Engage in solutions and product collaborations to advance the work of RIS and ensure products are developed and commercially available in scope, time, and budget.
  • Support the systematic commercial development of the product line, including product definition, final scope, positioning, and pricing strategy.
  • Ensure the squad has the right focus, objectives, and KPIs, and supports and facilitates the prioritization of customer requirements across markets.
  • Lead and support Squad efforts to ensure development efforts are on budget, scope, and time, and collaborate with other Project Leaders and Project Teams on total business solutions.

Requirements

  • Project Management role or Program development background, preferably in the Digital or Technology space, with business and financial acumen.
  • 5-10 years of experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Good understanding of global product management, preferably in distributed and matrixed organizations.
  • Proven ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to make a big impact and deliver their best every day.
  • Clear view on own contribution to the desired outcome (commercial success).
  • Leading by example, accountability for results, business orientation, and value creation.
  • Facilitation experience across multiple disciplines, good Stakeholder Management, influencing/persuasion skills, entrepreneurial spirit/mindset, customer orientation, and ability to think and act across borders.
