Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description: As a Senior Program Manager - Pharmaceutical Safety, you will be responsible for managing multiple aspects of projects, both locally and globally, including contractual, procedural, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with senior management to develop consistent internal processes and ensure compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Experience: 3+ years of safety experience, with 1+ year of leadership responsibility
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements
    • Excellent communication and project management skills
    • Ability to translate information into local language where required

Job Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing staff of experienced professionals
  • Collaborating with other employees to solve problems and improve systems
  • Reviewing regulatory publications and staying up-to-date on current regulations and practices
  • Maintaining a basic medical understanding of applicable therapeutic areas and disease states
  • Providing plans and forecasts for all projects
  • Serving as a resource to other departmental managers and leading departmental initiatives
